Step 1: Set up
Your applications and data will be housed on a secure server
in our data center, monitored by trained technical staff,
24-hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is an Internet
connection and a computer to access your company’s
applications and data, anywhere, any time.
Step 2: Sign In
Users log in securely using a unique password and username.
You can then access all of your programs, data, email
and any applications you use now. Most commonly hosted
applications include Microsoft Office applications, Office
Enterprise 2007, Microsoft Exchange, E-mail, and Exchange
server. Applications look and perform the same.
Step 3: Get Working
Imagine if you had to use someone else’s computer.
You wouldn’t like it because it doesn’t have
your preferences or your files. Now imagine that you can
log on from any computer and get the same interface as
if you were using your own computer, no matter where you
are. A virtual desktop is possible with applications hosting.
You can work from anywhere you have high speed Internet
and a Windows computer. You no longer need to work from
“your” computer. You now have all of your
files and applications at your fingertips.
